Leads Shalom Choir Rwanda with vision, coordination, and commitment to strengthening worship, unity, and the choir’s spiritual mission.

Supports choir leadership, oversees activities, and helps ensure effective coordination, communication, and teamwork among members.

Manages choir finances responsibly, ensuring transparency, proper budgeting, and accountability for all financial activities and contributions.  

Handles choir records, meeting documentation, communication, and administrative organization to support smooth operations and effective coordination.  

Directs choir performances and rehearsals, guiding members musically and spiritually to deliver inspiring worship through song.  

Supports members’ wellbeing, encourages unity, and promotes compassion, care, and mutual support within the choir community.  

Promotes discipline, responsibility, and respectful conduct among choir members while supporting harmony and organizational integrity.

Leads prayer activities within the choir, encourages spiritual growth, and supports members through intercession, faith, and devotion to God’s work.

Manages the choir’s digital platforms, media communication, and technology resources while promoting the ministry through online outreach and media content.

Supports strategic growth initiatives, mobilizes resources, and promotes projects that strengthen the choir’s development and long-term ministry vision.

Oversees sound systems and music instruments, ensuring quality audio production and proper technical support during rehearsals, recordings, and worship events.

Provides spiritual guidance, mentorship, and leadership oversight to ensure the choir remains focused on its mission, values, and commitment to serving God faithfully.

Provides spiritual oversight, mentorship, and guidance to the choir, helping maintain strong Christian values, unity, and commitment to the ministry’s vision and mission.
